About the project

Launched in the year 2014, it is all of 25 story residential apartment building in Juffair. It has an elegant living space, combining functionality with contemporary design.

Every unit has been specially designed to maximize living space, provide privacy and usher in plenty of daylight and ever changing views of the seaside and the city.

Nasmah West offers two types of apartments among 124 apartments. The Nest which is 112sqm and the Oyster which is 106sqm all two bedroom apartments.

In addition there are 4 no. 3 bedroom Penthouses on the 24th and the 25th Floor of approx. 141sqm. It has a roof top swimming pool, a fully equipped fitness center, squash court, party hall and dedicated covered parking for every apartment.
